An alumnus of Boulders Institute of Microfinance, Turin, Italy; a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN).
Mrs. Helen Sule holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State, M.Sc. degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from Usman Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. She started her career with a brief stint at Nigerian Agricultural Cooperative & Rural Development Bank in 2003 and then Sigma Vaughn Sterling Pensions Ltd in 2005 as the zonal coordinator for North Central with functions in pension funds management, Operations, marketing and customer service before joining Mainstreet Bank MFB in 2009. She moved to Mainstreet Bank Microfinance Bank in 2009 and has served in different capacities as Branch Manager, Head, Risk Management, Head Business Development, Head Corporate Banking and currently the Executive Director, Business Development.
She got Management commendations in the following categories: Negotiation and Contribution to Nigerian Union of Teachers Asset Acquisition Scheme 2011, Most Enterprising Management Staff 2012, N1 Billion Naira 100% Loan Performance 2013 and Most Valuable Officer of the Bank 2013.
She loves reading, travelling and adventure. She is happily married with Children.
