Dr. Dan-Habu holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) Degree from the University of Maiduguri, Master of Law (LLM) Degree from the University of Lagos and other courses at Harvard Law School, Institute of Maritime Law and University of Southampton UK.
Dr. Dan-Habu is an alumnus of Boulder Microfinance Institute, Turin, Italy and a registered capital market solicitor sitting on the board of several local and foreign companies. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar over 30 years ago and a member of several other professional bodies. He served as a member of the Ministerial Committee for the Review of Nigeria’s Mineral Laws and Regulations; the Tribunal of Inquiry into the Civil Disturbances in Lagos State; and also participated in the Review and the Drafting of the Agreement between the Federal Government of Nigeria and Global Minerals on the Nigerian Minerals Appraisal Monetization Programme (NIMAPOP).
