Akombo Doreen is a certified Microfinance Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria CIBN.
She also holds a Bachelors of Arts in English and Drama from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State, graduating with a second class upper degree and best graduating student Drama section.
Doreen joined the Bank in 2009 and has worked in various capacities which include Marketing, Operations, Loan Recovery and Credit departments.
She became the relationship officer to NUT/NULGE loan Empowerment scheme, where loans of over 10 billion Naira has been disbursed to over 5,000 Lagos state employees from 2012 till date.
Doreen holds other certifications in other relevant fields and has today risen to become the acting Head of Prestige Banking.
She enjoys dancing and studying in her free time, she loves taking up challenges.
Her favourite author is Neville Goddard with his books “The Power Of Awareness” and “Awakened imagination”.
